The company is based at Av. Juscelino Kubitschek 810 esq. Celsa Speratti, Asunción, Paraguay, and has a branch office in Loma Plata, department of Boquerón.

2 Information we collect

Personal information is collected only when the user provides it voluntarily through the forms available on the site:

• Contact form: name, telephone number, email address and the message sent.
• General inquiries: all of the data mentioned above, plus the business unit the inquiry concerns.
• Weekly price subscription: telephone number, for the purpose of sending price quotes by WhatsApp.
• Job applications: name, telephone number, email address and the curriculum vitae attached by the applicant, including the work and personal references stated in it.

3 Use of the information

The information collected may be used for the following purposes:

• To handle and answer the business inquiries received.
• To forward the inquiry to the sales advisor of the relevant business unit, within the company's internal systems.
• To manage job applications, which are received by the Human Resources department.

This website does not use tracking cookies or technologies intended to build browsing profiles of users. Consequently, the prior consent that other sites request for such purposes is not required.

5 Sharing of information

DelCampo Agronegocios S.A. does not sell, transfer or share users' personal information with third parties outside the company.

• Business inquiries: kept with no expiry date, as part of the customer's commercial history, so that the relationship can continue in later contacts.
• Curricula vitae: kept even after the corresponding selection process has ended, so that the applicant can be considered for future openings.
• Database backups: kept for one month, with one monthly copy kept for one year.

The company adopts technical and organizational measures aimed at protecting users' personal information, including:

• Restricted access to the information, limited to authorized personnel.
• Internal confidentiality policies that apply to employees.

9 WhatsApp communications

DelCampo Agronegocios S.A. communicates by WhatsApp with customers, suppliers and applicants. The telephone number provided by the user is used to answer their inquiries or to send them the information requested, such as specific quotes and reference prices.

These communications are processed through the official WhatsApp Business API of Meta, the platform that operates the messaging service. Meta's handling of messages is governed by its own privacy policies.

The user may request at any time that communications by this channel stop, by replying in the conversation with that request or by sending it to tecnologia@delcampo.com.py. Once the request is received, the number will be excluded from our communications.
